I specialize in working with individuals (18+) struggling with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression and stress related to recovery. In addition, I work with family members and loved ones affected by addiction. I understand the emotional toll that addiction can have on relationships and help loved ones navigate their own healing journey.

For most people, taking this step to begin therapy is the hardest part and it is my mission to help you feel like it's one of the best steps to take. In order for therapy to be successful there must be trust, and I begin to establish a therapeutic relationship from the very first session.
