Right to Thrive Leadership Team

Iolanda Marucci, LCSW, LICSW

Co-Founder, Business Coach

Iolanda Marucci, LCSW (CT) and LICSW (RI), is a seasoned clinician and entrepreneurial leader with over 20 years of experience in mental health. Her diverse background spans nonprofits, schools, and private practice, where she’s known for integrating Brainspotting, Reiki, and Internal Family Systems to support deep, holistic healing.

Beyond the therapy room, Iolanda is a visionary business builder. She founded, scaled, and sold a successful group practice with over 70 providers across Connecticut and Rhode Island. Today, she channels that expertise into mentoring therapists and wellness professionals to grow thriving, purpose-driven practices.

With a focus on impact, innovation, and sustainability, Iolanda helps others turn clinical skills into meaningful, profitable ventures—transforming the mental health landscape from the inside out.

Samantha Turner, LPC

Co-Founder, Business Coach

Samantha Turner, LPC, is a skilled clinician and business mentor with expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and perinatal mental health. PSI-trained in postpartum care, she uses a collaborative, evidence-based approach to support clients through healing and growth.

In addition to her clinical work, Samantha is passionate about helping therapists build thriving, sustainable practices. As a former site leader and clinical supervisor at a large group practice, she led teams, drove organizational growth, and mentored dozens of clinicians in leadership and business strategy.

Now the founder of her own successful private practice, Samantha blends clinical insight with entrepreneurial know-how to guide therapists in mastering practice management, growing their leadership skills, and building purpose-driven businesses that last.
